Project Name: LEGACY SUITES
Project type: apartments
Adinkra symbol: ABE DUA

Signifying the palm tree, this is a symbol of resourcefulness, wealth, and self-sufficiency.
It represents the multipurpose nature of the tree, where every part—from the wood and fruit to the wine and oil—serves a vital purpose. This symbol not only pays homage to the creativity and cultural heritage of the Ga people but specifically celebrates the coastal location of Teshie.
Rationale
Teshie is a coastal town located in the Ledzokuku Municipal District, part of the Greater Accra Region of southeastern Ghana.
Revered for its deep cultural heritage, Teshie is home to the Homowo festival, celebrated every August. The town is also globally recognized as the birthplace of functional art, being home to the Kane Kwei Carpentry Workshop, where the world-famous design coffins were invented in the 1950s by Seth Kane Kwei.
