Eugene Adom Tawiah
Director of Engineering
Eugene Adom Tawiah brings over 15 years of professional experience in civil and structural engineering to his role as Partner and Head of Engineering at the firm. He holds academic qualifications in Civil and Structural Engineering from Takoradi Polytechnic and in Construction Technology and Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana.
Since launching his career in 2010, Eugene has built a diverse portfolio across engineering and design disciplines. His early work included site supervision for telecommunications mast construction at Resource Plus Ghana Ltd, followed by structural engineering and 3D architectural modeling and Rendering at Design Associates. Since 2017, he has served in both architectural and structural engineering capacities at ODG Developers, where he continues to lead technical teams and drive project excellence.
