Kwab Owusu
Founder
Born in America to two amazing Ghanaian parents who were both accomplished business owners with exceptional business acumen, I learned early on the value of entrepreneurship, innovation, and hard work. My father was a businessman, engineer, and scientist, while my mother is a self-employed businesswoman, designer, and expert seamstress. Their influence instilled in me a deep appreciation for both creative design and strategic thinking—qualities that continue to shape my approach to architecture and development.
As CEO and principal architect, I lead a forward-thinking design-build firm dedicated to creating sustainable, high-performance buildings that harmonize environmental responsibility with exceptional design. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Florida A&M University’s School of Architecture in Tallahassee, Florida, and my Master’s in Architecture from NewSchool of Architecture and Design in San Diego, California. With more than twenty years of experience in architecture and construction, I bring a wealth of knowledge and proven expertise to every project.
My practice specializes in integrated Design and Build projects, where architecture, engineering, and construction expertise converge to deliver streamlined, cost-effective solutions. Through strategic value engineering, we help clients maximize their investment without compromising quality or vision. This holistic approach ensures that every project benefits from cohesive oversight and seamless execution.
Sustainability isn’t just a buzzword in our work—it’s a core principle. I am deeply passionate about Green Design and sustainable technologies, constantly exploring innovative methods to reduce environmental impact while enhancing building performance. Whether through passive design strategies, renewable energy integration, or sustainable material selection, we create spaces that are as responsible as they are beautiful.
Beyond our architectural practice, we operate as a dynamic real estate investment company, identifying and developing properties that align with our commitment to smart, sustainable growth. This dual focus allows us to approach projects not only as designers and builders but as strategic partners invested in long-term value creation.
Thirteen years ago, I relocated to Ghana to pursue my passion for Architecture and Real Estate Development in one of Africa’s most vibrant and rapidly evolving markets. This move has allowed me to contribute to Ghana’s architectural landscape while building a practice rooted in innovation, sustainability, and excellence. Every project we undertake reflects our dedication to transforming the way we design, build, and invest in the future.
Eugene Adom Tawiah
Lead of Engineering
Eugene Adom Tawiah brings over 15 years of professional experience in civil and structural engineering to his role as Partner and Head of Engineering at the firm.
He holds academic qualifications in Civil and Structural Engineering from Takoradi Polytechnic and in Construction Technology and Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana.
Since launching his career in 2010, Eugene has built a diverse portfolio across engineering and design disciplines. His early work included site supervision for telecommunications mast construction at Resource Plus Ghana Ltd, followed by structural engineering and 3D architectural modeling and RenderIing at Design Associates.
Since 2017, he has served in both architectural and structural engineering capacities at ODG Developers, where he continues to lead technical teams and drive project excellence.
Eugene’s deep technical expertise, combined with his strategic leadership, underpins the firm’s commitment to delivering innovative, sustainable, and high-quality development solutions across Ghana and beyond.
Kwaku as he is affectionately called has successfully led initiatives that lead to debt refinancing of distressed businesses, equity partnerships, improved profitability, secured investment funding, implemented cost–saving strategies, or expanded market share.
Prior to this role, Kwaku worked with GhIPPS a subsidiary of The Bank Of Ghana, SRVENT
Ghana Ltd among others, where he gained expertise in investment banking, asset management, financial analysis, or consulting.
His background spans both emerging and mature markets, equipping him with deep insights
into global finance, economic trends and project management.
Patrick holds a degree, BSc in Economics, and Advance Diploma – Project Management. He is passionate about leveraging financial innovation to create sustainable growth. Beyond work, Kwaku actively engages in professional associations, mentorship, thought leadership, or community initiatives.
Patrick Osei Ayim (Kwaku)
Director of Finance
Patrick Osei Ayim is an accomplished finance professional with over a decade years of experience in corporate finance, investment management, and strategic advisory. With a proven track record in driving growth, optimizing financial performance, and delivering value to stakeholders, Patrick has built a reputation for combining analytical rigor with practical business insight.
Patrick has a B.A in Economics from the prestigious University of Ghana and Advance Diploma in Project Management from Project Management Institute (PMI) Ghana.
Currently serving as Finance and Admin Commercial Partner at ODG Developers Ltd, Patrick oversees [key responsibilities—e.g., financial planning, risk management, portfolio strategy, capital allocation].
