Step 1:
Discovery Questionnaire

The goal in the discovery phase is to prepare the client through awareness or education to understand that our services require a deeper level of awareness in order to apply as much personalization as possible which is what truly garners compounding results.

Step 2:
Consultation (Authenticate discovery data)

The consultation phase is an important step because once we have the discovery data points of the questionnaire completed there will be some areas that we need to get additional data to get clear on the objectives, the commitment, and the accountability systems that would work for this person.

Consultation check list:

  1. Review discovery data realtime with client representative
  2. Discuss investment development roadmap
  3. Recommend next action steps based on authenticated discovery data.

Step 3:
Assessment (Investment development capabilities)

Assessment step takes a deep analysis on clients current capacity, bandwidth and project viability of 3 main resources(energy, time and finance).

Assessment Check list:

  • Proof of funds or capacity 
  • Project Worthness
  • Client Worthiness

 

Step 4:
Project development

Step 4 is foundational step that defines and details a roadmap to fully develop project…including setting goals, conducting feasibility studies, creating budgets, and securing resources before execution begins

P.D. check list:

This step is to generate contractual document(s) between both parties stating:

  1. Services Description.
  2. Project Description.
  3. Contractual Amount.
  4. Payment terms.
  5. Project Duration and/or completion.
  6. Any other terms and conditions.

The above-mentioned are important (steps) to contractually bind both parties for the project development and to ensure project actualisation and/or completion.

Step 5:
Delivery (Project Development and Maintenance)

This phase is the project execution step where the project plan is put into action to create the project’s deliverables. 

Deliverable Checklist:

  1. Planning, coordination, and supervision of all project milestones to ensure delivery timelines as agreed by both parties.
  2. Supervise effective and efficient cost control methods, quality assurance, and schedule management.
  3. Ensure building systems are designed, installed and activated according to the owner’s operational needs.
